All you need to know about our *FREE home delivery or collection service
We operate a professional two-man patio door home delivery service.
This is a 7 to 10 working day service and delivery is free for UK Mainland deliveries.Deliveries to Scotland and certain outlying areas of the UK may require an extra few days for delivery due to the distances involved and our delivery route planning, although we do try our best to maintain the 7 to 10 working day service whenever possible.
Once your order is received and within a few days of placing the order our transport team will contact you to give a date of delivery and an approximate timing.
These timings are normally met but sometimes traffic congestion and other circumstances can mean we are delayed and these are out of our control. Unless we are notified prior to or at the time of placing the order that you wish to delay delivery, it will be assumed you can accept delivery within this period of time on a day to suit our transport routing. We can hold delivery of your order for up to 6 weeks if your project is not quite ready as long as we are notified as above.
If you prefer to collect from us your set can be ready for collection within 48 hours of your order being received by us subject to either cleared payment or cash on collection.
If you need faster delivery we can also offer to most locations a special 4 to 6 working day delivery service but this has an extra cost and to check what the cost will be please just call us on 0800 028 9098.
On arrival at your premises and before you unpack your new patio doors, please check that there has been no obvious damage to the goods or packing by the courier or delivery company. If any damage is found please follow the following procedures:
If the patio doors are clearly damaged - please refuse delivery and mark the delivery note or hand-held computer, as badly damaged and returned. Then call our customer service to tell them on 0800 028 9098.
You should unpack the patio door set and check for manufacturing faults, defects or missing parts within 72 hours of delivery. You’ll find a full list of items you should have received in the assembly instructions included within the hardware pack.

Please note: we keep a full stock of spare parts for immediate dispatch. There is no need to return the full set if a component is found to be defective or missing.

Handling & storing your patio doors
Our patio doors are heavy and weigh 30kg to 40kg each. You will therefore need two people to carry them. When storing the doors and frame before installation, they should be kept in their packaging, handled with care and stored in a dry, ventilated building. They should be stored flat on a level surface - not on edge or on end.
Unfinished patio doors should not be stored or fitted in your home until any plastering, painting and so on has been finished and the room is dried out. The sets should be well finished and sealed against moisture ingress prior to assembly and installation.
The small print
We cannot accept claims for damage or scratched glass after 72 hours following delivery or after the installation has begun.
The prices on the website include delivery charges to England, Wales and Scotland apart from offshore locations, including but not limited to the Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland. For offshore location delivery charges, please contact us by email or telephone before placing your order.
All deliveries are to a single address as provided by you and if this is not the correct address we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. All deliveries must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.
Should we try and fail to deliver on the proposed delivery date because there is no one available to take delivery, or delivery acceptance is refused for any reason, then we reserve the right to charge for any further attempted deliveries, transportation charges or storage charge which we incur as a result.
We recommend that you do not book fitters until your order has been checked and received.
Delivery times are estimates. We will try our best to meet the outline delivery schedule but shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver ordered products within these time frames.
Once the goods have been collected from our warehouse by our transport company we cannot delay delivery from our intended 7 to10 working day delivery service without incurring extra charges as the delivery process has begun. This extra payment will be required prior to re-arranging the delivery date.
